Main uses and benefits of Chirata:-Fever & Infections: It is helpful in reducing chronic fever like malaria, typhoid and dengue-chikungunya.Liver & Digestion: Improves fatty liver, jaundice, and poor digestion, as well as relieves constipation and gas.Skin Diseases: It is very beneficial in treating skin diseases like itching, eczema, psoriasis and pimples because it purifies the blood.Diabetes: It helps control blood sugar levels and improves insulin efficiency.Immunity: It strengthens the body’s immune system. Methods of Use:-Decoction Soak the dried chirata plant in water overnight and boil it in the morning and drink its decoction.Dosage: 50–100 ml decoction can be taken daily.Caution: It has a very bitter taste. Pregnant women and lactating mothers should avoid consuming it. Consuming it in excess can cause weakness or low sugar levels (hypoglycemia). After consuming it for 2-3 weeks, take a break for a week.
