1. About bilariBazar
bilariBazar is an online marketplace that enables customers and sellers to connect and transact through the platform.
Vijayrekha Internet Private Limited facilitates the operation of the marketplace and undertakes applicable legal and regulatory compliances relating to the onboarding and operation of sellers on the platform, subject to applicable laws.
Sellers are responsible for the products they list, including the accuracy of product information, descriptions, pricing, availability, applicable warranties, and other information provided by them.
2. Product Information
Customers are advised to carefully read the product label, packaging, instructions, warnings, disclaimers, and other information provided with the product before using or consuming it.
Customers should not rely solely on the information displayed on the bilariBazar platform where the actual product packaging contains additional or different information.
The actual product packaging, material, colour, design, nutritional information, declarations, claims, instructions for use, warnings, and disclaimers may differ from the information displayed on the website.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the product information submitted by them.
Customers should use products only in accordance with the instructions and applicable safety warnings provided by the manufacturer or seller.

We do not currently offer international delivery unless specifically stated otherwise.

By creating an account and providing your contact details, you may receive transactional communications relating to your orders and account.

5. Fraud & Security
Please beware of fraudulent calls, emails, messages, or websites claiming to represent bilariBazar.
bilariBazar will not ask you to disclose confidential credentials such as:

6. Product Images & Pricing
Product images displayed on the website are intended to represent the actual products. However, colours, appearance, size, packaging, or other visual characteristics may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, display settings, or changes in product packaging.
bilariBazar does not independently select, edit, modify, add to, or supplement product information provided by sellers, except where reasonably necessary for platform operation, formatting, compliance, or technical purposes.
Products may be sold at MRP or at a discounted price, as specifically displayed on the product page.
The price displayed at the time of placing the order will generally be the price applicable to that order, subject to applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, offers, and other applicable charges clearly disclosed to the customer.
Prices are determined by the respective sellers, subject to applicable laws and platform requirements.
The same product may be available from different sellers at different prices.
If the seller changes the price after an order has been successfully placed, such subsequent price change will not ordinarily result in an additional charge or refund for an already confirmed order, except where required by applicable law.
7. Pilferage & Missing Items
If you receive a package that appears to have been opened, tampered with, or contains missing items, please contact bilariBazar customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, you may be required to provide:
Order number
A description of the issue
Photographs or videos of the package and product
Photographs of the shipping label
Other information reasonably required for investigation
Please do not use the product while a claim is being investigated.
You should retain the original packaging for at least 4–5 days after delivery, or until the investigation has been completed, as we may require the packaging for verification.
For eligible prepaid or Cash on Delivery orders, any applicable refund will be processed after completion of the investigation and verification.
A claim may not be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
Required photographs or information are not provided.
The product has been used after delivery.
The original packaging has been disposed of when it is required for investigation.
The claim does not meet the applicable return or refund conditions.
A component is missing from a multi-component product due to circumstances not covered under the applicable policy.
All claims are subject to verification and applicable law.
8. Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order subject to the applicable order status and cancellation conditions displayed on the website.
If an order has already been dispatched or delivered, the customer may need to follow the applicable Return & Refund Policy instead of the cancellation process.
Where a cancellation is successfully processed after payment, the eligible refund will generally be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

bilariBazar may support the following payment options, subject to availability:

If a payment fails, please verify the information entered and retry the payment.
If the payment continues to fail, you may use another available payment method.
If your account is debited despite a payment failure, the amount will generally be refunded after confirmation of the failed transaction from the relevant bank or payment service provider. The applicable refund timeline may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
11. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available only for selected locations, products, customers, and orders.
The applicable COD order-value limits, if any, will be displayed or determined at the time of checkout.
COD availability and limits may vary based on serviceability, courier availability, order history, payment behaviour, previous order rejections, and other operational or risk-management factors.
An order may be cancelled or COD may be unavailable where the applicable COD eligibility requirements are not met.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational circumstances, location, or other factors beyond reasonable control.
Business days generally exclude applicable public holidays.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering process or as otherwise communicated to the customer.
COD availability depends on whether the applicable courier partner provides Cash on Delivery service at the customer’s location.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant bilariBazar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish such content for legitimate business purposes, including operating, promoting, improving, and marketing the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
15. Prohibited Content
Users must not post, upload, transmit, or communicate content that is:
