How to Prepare It
1. The Extraction Method: Soak 4–5 whole Reetha nuts in water overnight.
2. Boiling: Boil the soaked nuts in the same water for 10–15 minutes until they become soft and the liquid turns soapy.
3. Filtering: Let the mixture cool, crush the nuts to extract the remaining saponins, and strain out the shells/seeds.
4. Usage: Use the resulting natural liquid as a shampoo, body wash, or dish soap.
