Infusion (Tea/Water): Soak 2-3 flowers in water overnight for a cooling drink, or boil 1-2 flowers in 200ml water for 5-7 minutes for herbal tea.
Paste: Grind dry flowers into a powder and mix with water or carrier oils for topical application.
Bath Water: Boil a handful of flowers in 2-3 liters of water, strain, and mix into your bath water.Note: it is advisable to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for specific medicinal dosages.
